TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1 The terms of 'you' , 'your' or 'yours' refers to the person viewing or purchasing goods from this website.
1.2 The terms of 'us', 'we', refers to I-deal Hydroponics.
1.3 Any person purchasing goods from this site must be over 18 years of age.
1.4 We reserve the right to refuse to sell any of the products to you.
1.5 By placing an order with us, you agree to purchase the goods and you agree to these terms & conditions.
1.6 You agree not to submit any content or material that is illegal, defamatory, obscene or offensive in any way.
1.7 These terms and conditions are an agreement between I-deal Hydroponics and you and is governed by English law.

2. PRICES & AVAILABILITY
2.1 All prices shown on our website include VAT at the current rate where applicable but do not include any delivery costs.
2.2 The prices are correct, but we reserve the right to amend these at any time. Should we have to amend the price for any reason, you will be contacted before we continue with your order and give you the option to cancel.
2.3 All products remain the property of I-deal Hydroponics until payment is received in full.
2.4 The prices on any special offers/ promotions are only applicable whilst stocks last, or the promotion has ended.
2.5 Whilst we would like to offer you the products shown in the images, should we run out of stock, we will send you an alternative that offers the same quality and performance and will be of the same or a higher value at no additional cost to you.

3. PAYMENT METHODS
We offer types of payment method to suit your needs.

3.2 Cash direct into our account.
You can pay cash direct into any Barclays bank account for goods you purchase. Our account details are:

Please put your name on the paying in reference so that we can match it with your order.
3.3 Cheque Payment.
You can send a cheque by post with your order. This cheque should be crossed and made payable to 'CDL Lighting Ltd'. Your goods will be despatched upon clearance of the cheque payment in our account. We will advise you when this has been completed. Please remember to enclose your order and full delivery details along with contact details.
3.4 Postal Order
We accept Postal Orders up to any value. These Postal Orders must be made out to 'CDL Lighting Ltd' and sent with a copy of your order giving full details of goods required and full delivery address.
3.5 Telephone payments: We accept all major credit & debit cards. To make a payment over the telephone, you must meet all of the following requirements:
a) You must be over the age of 18 years
b) The cardholder must be the person making a payment
c) The goods must be delivered to the cardholder's address
3.6 Cash may be sent direct to us at:
CDL Lighting Ltd, Unit 5 - 6, Dewhurst Row, Bamber Bridge, Preston, Lancs. PR5 6SW.
If you are sending a cash payment, please send it by recorded delivery and enclose your order, delivery details, and contact details.

4. DELIVERY
4.1 Goods ordered from our website can only be delivered to the cardholders address. This is to protect our customers against fraud and ensure that the person whose card is paying for the goods, is the person whom is placing the order.
4.2 Orders received by 12 noon, subject to availability, will be normally be despatched on a 2 - 3 day service.
4.3 Small and medium size goods will be despatched by a courier and are normally delivered by 4 pm.
4.4 Heavy and bulky items are normally delivered on a pallet. Although we will request that the delivery truck has a tail lift to offload the goods, we cannot promise that a truck with tail lift facilities will deliver the goods to you.
4.5 You will be requested by the courier to sign for the goods. Should the courier be unable to deliver due to no person being at the given delivery address, a card will be put through the letter box advising of a missed delivery. This card will have a contact telephone number on for you to re-arrange a delivery day. It is your resposibility to either contact the courier to rearrange a delivery day or collect the goods from the depot at your own cost.
4.6 Although we try to ensure that goods despatched from our warehouse are well packed, any goods delivered to you should be checked for damages before you sign for them, failure to do so will not be the responsibility of us or the courier should the goods be found to be damaged later.
4.7 If goods are delivered to you damaged, please ensure that they are signed for as 'DAMAGED' and advise us immediately within 24 hours of receipt so that we can arrange a collection of the damaged goods.
4.8 Once any goods that have been signed for 'DAMAGED' are back in our warehouse, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost to yourself.

5. RETURNS POLICY
Under our 30 day money back guarantee, we offer the following:

5.1 Any UNWANTED GOODS that have been ordered in error can be returned at your own expense provided that the goods are returned unopened and in its original packaging. We advise that you use a recorded delivery service as your proof of postage. If you are unable to send yourself, we could arrange a collection, but this cost will be deducted from any refund given to you. A 10% administration fee will also be deducted from any refund given for unwanted goods.
5.2 For any FAULTY GOODS, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. You must, within 7 days of receipt of goods, advise us in writing of the fault you have found before shipping back to us. If you are unable to return the goods by recorded delivery, we can arrange for a collection to be made. Any faulty items will be returned to our supplier to be confirmed as faulty before a refund is given. Where an item has been deemed not to be faulty, you will be charged a 10% handling fee plus the cost of collection, if we have arranged a collection from you - this fee will be deducted from any refund.
5.3 Please note that we can not accept any returns of any type of liquids if the seal on the bottles has been broken.

6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
6.1 We will not be held responsible or liable for any injuries, damages,costs or any financial losses with any of the goods or services provided by us.
6.2 We advise that the computer you are using to browse or place an order from our website is covered by an anti-virus software as we will not be held responsible or liable for any transfer of viruses which may cause damage to your computer or the computer you are using.
6.3 Should there be a breakdown in transmission, we will not be held liable for any loss of orders or communication from you.

7. OUR RIGHTS
7.1 We reserve the right to amend the layout and content of our website at any time.
7.2 We reserve the right to suspend our website at any time.
7.3 We reserve the right to refuse any service or goods.

8. INDEMNITY
8.1 You agree to indemnify I-deal Hydroponics and any of its suppliers from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, and any legal costs which arise from using our website.
8.2 You agree to indemnify I-deal Hydroponics and any of its suppliers from and against all claims, damages, liabilites, losses, expenses, and any legal costs which arise from a breach of our terms & conditions.

9. PRIVACY POLICY
9.1 In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998, we will only collect information required to validate credit/debit card transactions and contact details for delivery purposes.
9.2 We will not e-mail you unless it is in connection with any order you place or in response to a query that you have asked us.
9.3 We will never pass or sell any personal details provided by you to any third party.

10. DISCRETE DESPATCH AND DELIVERY
10.1 When you place your first order with i-dealhydroponics you will be asked to enter your email address for order conformation, and you will also be allowed to choose a unique password, this means that the next time you wish to return to our store you can simply log into your account with ease making ordering more simpler.
10.2 We never sell / rent or pass on any of our customer details to a third party, we always adhere strictly to our discrete despatch and delivery policy.
